Frequently Asked Questions

How do I care for my piece?

Polish your piece yearly with a carnauba wax based polish and microfiber cloth. Place a small amount of wax on the piece and buff lightly with your cloth. Buff again with a clean side of your cloth and your piece should look shiny again! Scrub any white spots with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Solder contains lead, so please wash your hands after handling!

When polishing a piece with permanent vinyl accents, avoid the vinyl completely to avoid catching and peeling. Pieces with vinyl or paint accents should be kept in areas with low humidity to prolong the life of your accents.

Copper patina will darken and patinate over time.

How should I hang my piece?

Hang your piece using a screw-in hooks on trim surrounding your window, or use nails to hang on your wall. NEVER use suction cups- they fail too often and you will eventually end up with a broken piece and a broken heart.

When will my piece ship?

I try to ship most ready-to-ship pieces within 3-5 business days, depending on what my week looks like. I put a lot of care and time into packing each piece to make sure it arrives safely, but I do not have the capacity to do this every day.

Pre-order pieces will ship in a timeline specified either in the description of the piece, or I will reach out to you via email.

Stickers ship weekly on Mondays and will not include tracking as they are sent in stamped envelopes.

Are you taking commissions?

I'm loosely accepting commissions depending on content, price, and style. I'm almost always happy to make a previous pattern of mine in a different color way! I don't love making the same exact piece twice, so let's talk about switching up colors!

I am not accepting pet commissions. If I'm not able to accept your commission, I can suggest artists that will be better suited to what you're looking for!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I do not ship stickers outside of the US. I do occasionally ship glass internationally, so please email me if you're an international customer looking for a stained glass piece.
